Heat index was 110 degrees so we offered him a cold drink. He went for a full body soak instead

This little guy actually was taking a drink, and a massive one at that— frogs don’t drink like humans or other animals do, they have something called a drinking patch located on their underbellies which allows them to absorb water directly. I’m sure he was more than gracious for the cold drink, and the cold soak because the two work in tandem to replenish the same thing! :>
